Pre-requisite Before You Share Mouse And Keyboard Between Windows And Mac :
- Mac and Windows machine running on same local network.
- Download ShareMouse For Mac on your iMac or Macbook.
- Download ShareMouse For Windows PC/Laptop.
How To Setup ShareMouse To Share Mouse And Keyboard Between Windows And Mac :
Step 1 : Install the downloaded ShareMouse dmg on your Mac and Launch it.
Step 2 : We have to grant access to ShareMouse to control our Mac. To grant access, head over to System preferences under logo -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy tab -> Check ShareMouse.
Step 3 : Head over to your Windows PC and install downloaded ShareMouse exe file. It hardly matters whether you install ShareMouse on Windows First or Mac, you can do it anyway you want.
Step 4 : Make sure ShareMouse is running on both Mac and Windows PC and move onto ShareMouse Monitor Manager either on Mac or Windows.

Extend or mirror your Mac desktop with Sidecar
- Make sure that your Mac and iPad meet the Sidecar system requirements.
- You can use Sidecar wirelessly, but to keep your iPad charged during use, connect it directly to your Mac with the USB charge cable that came with your iPad.

Sidecar also supports double-tap, which you can turn on in Sidecar preferences. Double-tap enables apps that support this feature to perform custom actions when you double-tap on the side of your Apple Pencil (2nd generation).
